The answer is yes. It will be worth buying a 3D card. I wouldn't get it
right away as, alot of driver software still needs to improve and new
less expensive, borads with even more power will be on the way. One of
the cards I can recommend, right now, is Matrox's Millenium, which not only
speeds up 3D, but 2D as well, and I have a plugin for you PC users, that
some will get to see at VT Expo, that will take advantage of it.
Its quite inexpensive for what it does, at $379 for 2mb and $578 for 4mb.
